These terms apply to your use of this website and to the free business review, discovery call, and any paid work Dextericy (“we”, “us”) provides. By submitting our questionnaire, booking a discovery call, or engaging us for work, you agree to them. Full business details are at the bottom of this page.

The free review isn’t advice or a contract

The internal review we prepare ahead of a discovery call is based on the answers you give us and, where available, publicly accessible information about your business. It is provided to help our conversation be more useful. It is not financial, legal, tax, or professional advice, and it is not a guarantee of any particular outcome, saving, or result — it reflects our read of what you told us and what we could find publicly, which may be incomplete or need correcting on the call.

Nothing on this site, in that review, or discussed on a discovery call is a binding proposal or contract. Any engagement for us to deliver work for you — its scope, cost, and timeline — is only agreed once we’ve confirmed it with you directly in writing (for example, by email or a signed proposal). These terms sit alongside, and don’t replace, whatever we agree in writing for a specific piece of paid work; where the two conflict for that work, the written agreement takes priority.

Using this website

You can use this site and the questionnaire to enquire about our services. Please don’t misuse it — that includes trying to access another visitor’s questionnaire or booking data, submitting false information, automating or scraping the site beyond normal browsing, or attempting to interfere with how it runs. We may rate-limit, block, or suspend access for anyone we reasonably believe is misusing the site.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, our questionnaire, and the format, structure, and methodology behind the review we prepare are owned by Dextericy (or licensed to us) and may not be copied or reused without permission, beyond what’s needed to use the site normally. The information you give us about your own business — your answers, your business details, anything you tell us on a call — remains yours; we use it only as described in our Privacy Policy.

Confidentiality

We treat what you tell us about your business as confidential and won’t share it outside Dextericy and the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy except where you’ve agreed to it, it’s already public, or we’re required to disclose it by law.

Third-party services

Booking a discovery call uses Cal.com, a third-party scheduling tool, and this site may link to other third-party sites or tools. We aren’t responsible for the content, availability, or terms of services we don’t operate — using them may mean agreeing to their own terms as well as ours.

Liability

We provide this website and the free review as described above, without any warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose beyond what we’ve stated here. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, or data, arising from your use of this site or the free review. Where we do become liable to you in connection with this site or the free review, that liability is limited to £500 in total. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit or exclude. This section doesn’t apply to any separately agreed paid work, which is instead governed by the liability terms in that written agreement.

Suspending or ending access

We can suspend or end your access to the questionnaire or booking system at any time, particularly to prevent misuse or abuse, without it affecting any paid work already agreed in writing.

Circumstances beyond our control

We’re not responsible for delays or failures caused by something reasonably beyond our control — for example, an outage at a hosting or email provider we rely on.

Complaints

If something about this site, the free review, or how we’ve dealt with you falls short, tell us at hello@dextericy.com and we’ll look into it directly.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect how the service works; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. We’ll update the date below whenever we do.

Other things worth knowing

These terms, together with any written agreement for paid work, are the entire agreement between us for that subject matter. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
